We are delighted to be able to host the web pages for the CNPPA’s conference Landscapes for Everyone on 12th and 13th October 2020. The Uplands Alliance is hosted by the University of Cumbria’s Centre for National Parks and Protected Areas.

12th October: Evening Panel Discussion Landscapes for Everyone?

An evening panel discussion using the Friends of the Lake District Anniversary film, In Our Hands, as a jumping off point to discuss how we can give effect to Proposal 7 of the Glover Review: A Mission to connect all people with our National Landscapes.

13th October: All Day Conference Landscapes for Everyone

The National Landscapes Review was published in November 2019 70 years after the National Parks Act in 1949. We are delighted that Julian Glover, Chair of the Review is the Key Note Speaker. The Conference is now fully sold out. The conference will focus on two of Glover’s recommendations:
